Today, the Yeti comes forth. Goal Zero has released it’s new solar generator, dubbed the ‘Yeti.’ A power-beast that is capable of powering a laptop for 30+ hours from a 20-22 hour charge. It also has AC, DC, and USB outputs for all your craziest energy needs in the middle of nowhere. The downside is the price ($1,500 for the battery pack alone), and weight (103lbs!). Still, if you are considering a gas generator, this would be a much more sustainable option to consider. Plus, no gas!
